Wow... Christians did you know that the Bible tells us that one of the signs of a believer is that they have the power to lay hands on the sick and they will be healed. The power of God was real back when Christ resurrected Lazerus from the dead... AND real when that doctor layed his hands on that dead man praying for him to come back to life. Same POWER OF GOD today as was 2000 years ago. Folks ... we need to grasp this reality... and walk in it. The Holy Spirit spoke to my spirit about a week ago to start praying for people because as HE told me "many are perishing." Oh folks this broke my heart. Stop leaving it up to the pastors... they really don't evangelize anyway... they stay in their safe church buildings. I was dx with MS many years ago, get around in a elect wheelchair because of paralysis both legs and R. arm. They also had to take out my bladder and give me a Uriostomy. If we can remember that we are just an instrument in the hands of the Holy Spirit and that the Holy Spirit is the One doing the work, it is so much easier to believe in miracles. After all, he created the universe and everything in it. How easy is it for Him to recreate a body part or heal someone. Praise God for this man's healing and that he did not have to spend eternity in Hell. Our God is a compassionate God and full of mercy.

Although the lord chose to bring this man back to life it does not mean that those who do not make it despite their loved ones prayers are abandoned by God.
We should pray to have enough faith to carry the burdens of this life and accept desease and death as a part of our souls refinement towards God.
This man will get sick and die one day only God decided with his wisdom to give him another take on life to use his miracle as an inspiration to all of us.

They said i would be in ICU for 1 to 2 months, I was out on the fifth day.Yes my christian friends that was a miracle. Besides him saving my life he also, showed himself to me.What a Blessing and Miracle that was. SOO I knewwith all thats in me that the Lord has more for me to do. So Im getting ready to write a book (inspirational)about allI've walked thru and the fact that God has saved me more then once. I find it more than a little alarming to see how easily that so many people take reenactments of eye-witnessed miracles at face value. My purpose is not to discount (or testify to) the existence of miracles; however, to see the multitude of lavishing comments on just ONE video, absolutely trusting the contents without question, is frightening. Those who would take advantage of this type of crowd mentality would have an easy time with it. Even Christ was first and foremost a skeptic.

It is God's will whether it's time to die or to live. He knows the hearts of all men and knew the heart of the man that had the heart attack. Dying is not a terrible thing to be with God for those who believe. No one knows God's intentions. He does wish we would know and turn to Him. God can work through people if He chooses to. It doesn't make the Dr. egotistical. The Dr. is telling us the events of what happened, that's all. God's ways and thoughts are not your ways and thoughts.

Just before viewing this testimony, I was in Luke 5:1-7 Studing for our preschool Sunday School lesson for tomorrow. It's on how Jesus helps us in our time of need. Jesus had just told Peter to "Launch out into the deep,and let down your nets for a draught" Peter was hesitant, but faifthfully he obeyed Jesus' command and witnessed the power of God revealing himself through a catch so large the nets could not hold it all. We all have limits, sinful doubts of our flesh, but God doesn't, and he desires to stretch us beyond our limiting doubts when we will put our trust in him, and obediently follow him into his bigger picture.....

My dad once had a heart attack. He was in the hospital for ages. He was bleeding non-stop,they were putting blood in from one side and coming out the other.They told me there was no hope for him. So one night I was alone in the hospital, it was dark, I prayed and when I prayed I spoke words I thought I would never be able to speak. The next day he woke up, the doctors said it was a miracle, his bleeding stopped, the pain was gone and he was healthy again. So I looked up and said "God, was that You?" And I heard a voice like thunder saying "It was your faith that healed him" so I got down on my knees and praised God and I told my whole family the story and I preach to everyone

This is amazing! God is still in the miracle working business. I'm living proof. As an 7 year old girl, I was healed of epilepsy. The doctors told me because of the medicine they had to put me on, I would eventually become mentally disabled. So one night at church, my mom had the pastor pray for me and I've never had another drop of that medicine, or another seizure, for that matter! I believe He's my healer! :-)
God doesn't just heal us to save us. He does so, that we might share with someone else by the word of our testimony, what God has done for us, how He's saved is and changed us! And Salvation is more than just believing on Him. :-) it's a gift He has for each and everyone of us.
Acts 2:37-39 (AMP) says "Now when they heard this they were stung (cut) to the heart, and they said to Peter and the rest of the apostles (special messengers), Brethren, what shall we do? It's a shame how most people pray. They most often pray for three people-Me, Me and Me. You'd be surprised, that even within a family, most are self centered, selfish and have a lack of compassion and don't pray for one another. When you find that a total stranger cares enough to pray for you more than your own love ones, you're so thankful and it brings out tears. Start praying for others and not just yourself! When you tell someone, ("I'll pray for you") whether it's on the phone or in person, pray out loud immediately for that person and don't wait until you go home to do it. It means more to that person to hear your prayer. Jesus hasn't changed. He's still healing people and does hear every prayer. Be still and listen. He is always with you and is talking to you.

What I wonder is...why here...why on this obvious Christian site? It seems to me that you are seeking something much greater...much greater than what you have described...otherwise you wouldn't be here. God is calling you, my dear. Calling you to come to Him because only He can set you free. I pray that where ever you go, what ever you do, you will see the love of Jesus and feel that deep connection to Him that we all feel. Yes, some people do see religion as a game and just something they want to play around with, but the God that I serve and the God that provides for me and my family, and the God that heals is all about relationship. I talk to Him and He talks to me. It's not all about what this person tells me or that person tells me. It's me and Him one on one. Find out for yourself. Don't rely on what people tell you about God. Romans 10:9-10. I pray for you and that if you don't take the opportunity you have to get to know God now
that you are as fortunate as this gentleman and God gives you a second chance.

It’s called autoresuscitation after failed cardiopulmonary resuscitation. AKA: Lazarus syndrome (Yes, because of that Lazarus)
Essentially, Pressure builds up in the chest cavity from the CPR. When the CPR stops it causes the pressure to let out and the heart can expand. This gives the heats a chance to start back up again.

It is so easy for me to believe in God's miracles because God performed a miracle for my son when he was just a baby. My son was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis after 5 test came up positive that he difinetly had the disease. I prayed and asked God for a miracle as did the intercessory prayer group from my church! He was sent to Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, TX. When we got there the Specialist ordered one more test for my son and it was a really new test and this test came up normal!! Praise be to God for His Goodness, His Mercy and His love! The whole hospital was talking about this "miracle"! I thank the Lord all the time for this and try to testify about it to give others hope. Hope that shows that God is still on the throne and He is still a miracle working God!!! I praise His Holy Name and I love Him with all of my heart!! That is not the only miracle in my life but it was a wonderful one. Thank you Jesus!!!!

The doctor was being faithful to what God told him to do. All we need is faith the size of a mustard seed, ears to hear when God asks us to do something and the obedience to do it. God toched many lives that day not only the man's but everyone in the room. We don't know why chose to save that man's life but has let others go. Some were healed on the other side when they went home to be with Jesus forever more. Our God is the same yesterday, today and forever more. I choose to believe God still does miracles today. Thank God that there are doctors that believe in the healing power of God and don't think that they are God.

Who are we to question why this man was spared from an eternity away from heaven? Perhaps he will be an instrument to bring many souls to Christ with his astounding experience. Perhaps it was because of the faith of a dedicated Christian doctor who put his faith into action and the effect for good that it would have on fellow workers and patients. We must thank Him for our salvation and pray daily for the souls of those who have not accepted Him. God loves us all; may we honor Him by practicing our faith every day. one could argue that this is a scientific phenomenon only or that God is illogical for not saving everyone. but think of it in this way, it is a rare chance that a doctor happen to hear a voice in the moment when he was about to leave the ER. another rare chance that the same doctor would think and push the idea of giving the man another shock. and the rare chance that after that time, the patient's brain and other organs were still in good shape to work properly. if you ask me, the timing on those things to come together at the exact time to bring one back from the dead is a great miracle enough by itself. you may deny the existence of God, but a scientific mind would be naive to deny the existence of a Greater Power that guides [which does not control nor directly intervene in our lives] us in what we do or what we want to do.

Hi my friend reason610 and all the other negative people. God still answer prayers, but how many of us did thank Him today for our blessings? The same miracles that happened in His time more than 2000 years ago, still happens around us daily, but we walk blinded through life. I can only pray that you all will be saved before it is to late. Like I said in one of my comments, please go and get Peggy Joyce Ruth's, Psalm 91 God's Shield of Protection and you all will realy see how great our God is and some of the testimonies in the book came from previous none believers. I can confess about that as I see miracles over here in Baghdad, Iraq every day and nobody can go without Him in your life. I cannot believe that any one in life can experience real love and happiness without Him in your life. I don't want any of you to go with the devil to the pits off hell. JoshuaOneEight and Critical Thinker...I want to encourage you to read Genesis 1:1-28 again. There we see that we were created on the sixth day, after God created everything else. If He created everything else from light and dark to water and animals without us, I'm pretty sure He doesn't need us to accomplish anything. Yes, He did give us dominion over the earth, but at the end of the day He is still in control seeing as though everything around us is His creation. We are fortunate enough to be able to partner with Him to rule over the earth, but we aren't actually the rulers. We are simply instruments. We have no authority other than what was given to us from Him.
I hope that didn't come across as being rude, I just hope it gives you something to think about and maybe even ask God more about it. He does say "ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be answered to you," so if you have those questions Critical Thinker...ask that source (He knows better than all of us).
