When a woman fell into the gap between the train in the platform in Japan, dozens of passengers leapt into action. They were able to push the 32-ton train carriage away from the platform to free the woman. They put aside their safety and schedules during rush hour to help someone in need.
This amazing act of heroism was caught on film by a reporter and the story of the rescue ran in the Yomiuri daily's evening edition. Seeing heroism like this truly restores our faith in humanity; even though there is so much negativity in the world, you can still find truly GOOD people wherever you look.
