The man you see below has been struggling with Alzheimer's for years. He has forgotten his house, his children and even his wedding day. The terrible disease is robbing him of his memories, but it'll never take one thing away from him: true love.
On his 60th wedding anniversary to his wife, this man was lost in a sea of forgotten memories. However, no matter how bad things got, he refused to forget his wife.
"My grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. My grandfather had Alzheimer's. He didn't remember his children, his home or anything else, but as bad as it got, whenever he saw my grandmother he would say, 'Look at my beautiful wife!'"
