John Summary

The Gospel According to John gives a personal account of the life of Jesus, beginning with John the Baptist and ending with the death and resurrection of our Savior.

John was a very close disciple and friend to Jesus and followed Him closely. Along with Peter, John was the first to know about the resurrection of Jesus because Mary Magdalene told them.

Ultimately, John lived to old age where he wrote Revelations on the island of Patmos where he was exiled.
