Every day at the start of their shift, these coal miners have a safety meeting. Recently, a coal-miner named Josh Stowers decided it would be fun to sing a soul-stirring rendition of 'The Star-Spangled Banner.'
In this video, you can hear Josh belt out every note so beautifully. Then, the other miners began to remove their helmets and lower their heads in respect for the song. Hearing Josh sing so passionately gave me goosebumps.
I'm so grateful that Josh is using his God-given talent to spread to motivate and inspire his co-workers. Who else is was moved by this performance?
There is no kneeling in this bath house ...... we have daily Safety Meeting before every shift before these guys go Underground , and we appreciate josh volunteering to sing after the meeting, thanks Josh Stowers #singingcoalminer
