High school teacher Michael Scruggs starts each class with an inspiring chant. He gets all the students to clap along as he runs around the classroom leading them in a powerful mantra about just how capable they are.
But this teacher doesn't just encourage students in the classroom, his selfless nature has transferred outside the school too. He even drove 2 of his former students to class in college. There is no doubt that he is the type of teacher who goes above and beyond.
Now, he's appearing on Ellen and he's getting the 'thank you' that he truly deserves. What an amazing example!
