Whenever Michelle married Brian, she weighed 300lbs and he weighed 294lbs. They decided that, after starting their life together, they wanted to get healthy.
When they got married in 2007, they knew they were overweight. They both grew up in households where they "buttered our butter" and weren't active.
Not only that, but they ate fast food every day. In January 2008, they decided to try a few different dietary restrictions that fit their lifestyle. Not too strict and unmanagable, but also got them eating healthier.
Then, the husband and wife decided to be active together, even if it was just going for walks each day.
In 2012, they finally hit their goal weights. Michelle was 150lbs and Brian was 190lbs. They were happy and healthy together, working in the marriage to better themselves physically and mentally.
To see this kind of progress is so moving. If you are in a place in life where you’re not happy, YOU can find the strength to change that!
