This Houston police officer hasn't been able to be home since Hurricane Harvey touched down in Texas. Just like many of our country's first responders, he has been working around the clock to help hurricane victims.
Even though he had to work during his birthday, he still kept a positive attitude. In this video, his sweet little girl called him to sing 'Happy Birthday'. As she sings, you can see her dads face welling up with tears of joy.
