Ms. Ross, an 80-year-old woman, lived all alone in Oklahoma. When a winter storm threatened to leave thousands without power, she made a heartbreaking call to 911. Sgt. Wilner LaGuerre could tell this woman was in distress and he took it upon himself to help. What a beautiful act of kindness!
